Steeping some tangy hibiscus tea with fresh rosemary adds a piney flavor to this unique, but delicious cocktail, draws out the woodsy side of SUSTO Mezcal.

What to Do

Fill cocktail shaker a little over halfway with ice, combine ingredients in shaker and shake well. Pour over rocks and garnish with fresh rosemary sprig. * Hibiscus-rosemary syrup: Bring 1 cup water to boil. Add 2 bags Hibiscus tea and 1 fresh rosemary sprig. Simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and discard tea bags and rosemary. Add 1.5 cups sugar and stir until dissolved. Refrigerate until use.
